Not only overpriced tat but terrible customer service. My daughter saved to buy this and it was missing a part. Their policy is that you return the entire item (but not the ball because the won’t send back as a full packaged item) and if it goes missing in the post then it’s tough. You need to insure the item at your cost. The process also involves numerous emails and photos. Why they can’t send out a 2cm piece of plastic to replace what was missing is unbelievable. All the time and cost is placed on you. All other companies I have ever dealt with have just sent out a replacement if a piece has been missing. Obvious they want you not to bother. Cynical exploitative company designed to take advantage of children. Tried to explain to my daughter that we would never have anything to do with this company again. One very upset child who saved up especially to buy this. Thanks MGA Entertaintment you should try taking notice of your own published company values

Not the best LOL Surprise Dolls

I bought this for my 9 year old niece, she was very excited upon opening it because the idea of these dolls was great, but she was disappointed. The quality was great as always, except for the HAIR PIECE. The hair itself was fine, but the separate hair pieces that are supposed to attach and detach easily, don’t. They go on the head fine, but fall off right away, so it’s hard for her to even play with. It also didn’t make much sense of how to put the hair on.
