Disappointed 7-year old; Shabby Quality Control

This game was received as a birthday gift:When it was opened I noticed that one of the 4 game cards was missing.

A game was ordered since none were in stock at our local Toys R Us store. The replacement game arrived in about 4-5 business days; however, it was immediately returned.

After the birthday girl played it once, I noticed the surprise balls for two of the LOL dolls (on the game cards) were all the same colour. The three colours of the surprise balls for all of the LOL characters should be random, not the same.

Any child playing this game would figure out that choosing one LOL doll game card and only pink balls or the other LOL doll game card and only light blue balls would guarantee a win every time. Is someone is asleep at product quality control?

As far as durability goes, with continued wetting of the paper inside each surprise ball, it’s unlikely this game would last if playing it more than 5-6 times.
Don’t waste your money.
