Longo's finally did something right!

I purchase this product on the regular when I don't feel like cooking because it's a) so easy, quick and convenient and b) is absolutely delicious.
It comes in a pre-made box filled with marinated chicken (that needs to be cooked) vegetables, peanuts, noodles and peanut thai sauce. I typically cook the chicken first in a huge pot, then throw in the vegetables, then the noodles and finally mix it all up with the sauce. for less than $10 a box, you can easily feed two.
