Don't taste the ingredients

This was a nice quiche, however, I have to give it a low rating because of the lack of flavour stated in it's name. The prosciutto I can taste, but that's the only thing. I don't taste the sweetness of the fig, nor the balsamic vinegar. I was really looking forward to this too.
