Not a very versatile or attractive product
While scarves made from fluffy synthetic yarn were in vogue for a year or two about a decade ago, that time has come and passed. Fluffy synthetic yarns are difficult to knit with, not particularly warm or windproof, and generally only practical for simple scarf patterns. It may be attractive to beginning knitters or for children's projects.
This is another one of those "fashion" yarns, though it is neither fashionable nor really a yarn. It's meant to look like faux fur, but it ends up looking tacky. It actually looks like it belongs in the 90's. Not a fan and I wish this stuff was on its way out.
