In my opinion, an average palette

This palette is an interesting one for me because it certainly isn't bad, but its not the quality I'd expect. The color choices are great to be fair, lots of great neutrals and good shade selection, but I find the shadows to be very meh. Not super pigmented, although they build up ok, and even the shimmers need work to be effective.
