This conditioner is a good option if you don't want to shampoo daily but can't go with unwashed hair. I shampoo every other day and I like to co-wash in between. It's also good after a workout when you have to remove sweat but the hair is not really oily enough for a full wash.

For me it didn't work as an only cleanser. I tried co-washing for a few weeks with a cleansing shampoo once a week, and after this time the scalp buildup was noticeable. Even though this is one of the cleaner products out there as far as buildup goes, it does end up with residue after a few weeks of use. It leaves the hair shiny and flexible. Doesn't help much with frizz for me.

It's been going on sale regularly in the past months so i'm hoping it sticks around for a bit longer as it is a good product.

I really like this cleansing balm so far! It is much like the conditioning wash concept (cowash).

This cleansing balm is sulfate, silicone and dye free! My hair hates sulfates and silicones in conditioner!

The 6-in-1 is: cleanse, treat, soften, condition, detangle and shine.

So far (5 uses) my hair feels silky smooth, soft and well moisturized. My hair is much easier to style when it is moisturized and happy.

Overall, I am very happy with this conditioning/cleansing balm!
