Love it

This product does what it claims, takes off waterproof mascara without rubbing hard around sensitive eye area. And also removes lip colour really nicely.
I recommend this product to anyone with sensitive skin.

gentle on the skin

I had to use 2 cotton pad to het my eyeliner and mascara off but it was gentle on the skin with no irritation I have sensitive skin and I did use more product than I thought I would have too but it was gentle.

The best product I use at the moment

I like to use makeup every day, and I receive compliments I know is for these products.

This didn't work for me at all!

I thought I'd give this a try after buying new waterproof makeup. Unfortunately, it didn't work at all on the waterproof mascara and eyeliner, and barely touched the rest of my makeup. I wouldn't recommend it.

Don't buy It!

This product does not work! Didn't remove my: waterproof mascara, concealer, and lipstick. I'm all for gentle, but if I have to scrub to only partially remove then it defeats the whole purpose of being called gentle!

This is my favourite makeup remover and I have tried many of them. I have very sensitive eyes and this remover does not effect my eyes, it also does a great job of removing my eye makeup.

Nothing will take makeup off the way this stuff can. Even the most stubborn waterproof eyeliners and mascaras don't even stand a chance. Perfect for sensitive skin.

I must start this review by saying I LOVE this product!!! I had used other eye makeup removers in the past, but found they typically leave makeup traces behind which means I was getting styes quite often. But with the loreal remover, my makeup comes off cleaner than ever! It is a bit oily after, but it washes off easily with my usual facial cleanser.
