L"Oreal Hip Kohl eyeliner is really nice and easy to apply .. Apply to the waterline and it's very smooth. it doesn't clump, comes in different colors Great for those with allergies. Had no problem with mine.

I came across this eyeliner at shoppers drug Mart last weekend, and bought one to try. I was so happy it lasts long on, as most my other eyeliners either fade or smear during 2 to 3 hours. It is easy to apply too, and I don't have to stretch and tear my eyelids to put it on. It looks natural and add some solid figure to my 2 unbalanced eyes in size and shape. Love it !
