Great All-rounder

I wasn't sure what to expect from this Toner as it wasn't too expensive but had ran out of my normal one and seen this when I was doing my shopping so thought I would give it a try and I wasn't disappointed!
My skin felt smooth and refreshed once with no stickiness afterwards, I would buy this again.
