Great but wears off quickly

The colour and precise ability to shape with this eyebrow pencil was fantastic. I did like this product. My only issue was that it wore off quite quickly and looked like I forgot to do my eyebrows.

Brow definer

This product really helps to define your eyebrows. Its easy to apply however i found it was easy to whip off after and i had a brow line on my pillow after a nap.

Fine for fine hairs

I just found the brush so small. I like to have a one move eyebrow product that works to do all my brows. This was fine, but I felt like I would need another eyebrow product to complete the look. Maybe for some women that is okay, but I don't want multiple steps in my eyebrow filling look.

Meh.

I have always had super thin eyebrows so have used eyebrow pencils for a while. I wasn’t overly impressed with this one. It would be good for someone just looking to add a little bit of depth to their brows I think but I wasn’t a huge fan of trying to actually fill my brows in. It did the job but took some work. I didn’t hate it but I really didn’t love it.

Hard to judge

The sample I received was too light for my eyebrows so it’s hard to fairly review this product. It did go on smooth however and coverage was adequate but it was nothing fancy and it actually kind of clumped when I first used it. I could brush the clumps out but it made the line a little jagged so I had to redo it. The price is a bit too high for something that isn’t really anything special.

A nice product but not for me

I have very strong brows so I knew I probably wasn’t going to like this product. The product itself performs very well and the colour and consistency is nice. It is convenient to have the brush attached and the pencil is easy to work with to create natural strokes. It is also waterproof which is good for people who need to define their brows but for me this was not my look. This made my brows too prominent and maybe that’s because I am not great at application but I don’t think I would repurchase. Nice product though for people who need brow definition.

It’s okay

I received this item to try for free in exchange for an honest review. The colour was a little lighter than expected, which isn’t a deal breaker as I just used a darker pencil I already had to add dimension.
Unfortunately I found this product was difficult to apply. It pulled quite a bit while trying to do flicks on the skin for a hair like effect.

Not perfect but a staple

This pencil is often compared to Anastasia Beverly Hills’s cult favourite equivalent, and for good reason, but I’ve had a few issues with it. The shades and application are great but the pencil doesn’t last long for the price, and it smudges over the course of the day. I only reach for it when I need something cheap that mostly does the job.

Great dupe, but not the same

After using both the retractable eyebrow pencils from Anastasia Beverly Hills and Benefit I can say that this pencil is currently the best dupe that there is at the drug store. However, I found that the texture is a bit too soft and creamy for my liking; I prefer the tip to be a bit stiffer so that I can draw little hair like strokes without worrying about adding too much product. I found that every time I used this little clumps were left behind that were noticeable so I would have to take the extra time to comb them out and slowly add more product in. Ultimately, I will not be buying this again and returning to my holy grails. However, I do recommend this if you are looking for a cheaper dupe of the high end retractable eyebrow pencils- just use a light hand.
