SMELLS REALLY BAD
I don’t know if this expires and I bought a bad one or what but the smell is something you just can’t get over. Right now the prices are really high and I’m still tossing them in the trash. Couldn’t in good conscious sell the unopened ones. Something is just not right with this product.
Did not like
I did not like this hairspray. It had a really terrible smell and not just when I sprayed it, I could smell it all day. It may or may not of worked as a hairspray but, I could not get over the smell so I gave it away.
Extremely disappointed
I had read a couple reviews in this and decided to give it a try, this did not hold my curls AT ALL and smells terrible, so I put this in thinking " my hair looks so good and is gonna last a while" 20 mins after my curls are gone and I have to continue with the smell
worst
What is the purpose of this hair spray?
It doesn't nothing at all but put product in my hair to weigh it down. It has zero hold and smells like my grandmother
I have a whole can sitting there I will never use
waste of my money
This hairspray did not hold any of my curls for more than an hour. I used the Strong Hold version, and I may switch over to the Extra Strength one.
Hate this hairspray, it just plain doesn't work and I find my hair flying all over the place. I was excited because it had high reviews...not sure why.
I wish i knew where to start with this. I thought becuase of the company it would have been good. I got a coupon and found it on sale which made it free. I got excited to try it however i was let down. I find it did not hold and the worst thing about it... It smells like bug repellant!! Would i use it again? No, you couldnt even pay me. However it did keep the mosquitos away, I wish i was joking but I'm not.
Some people may like it, me... Not at all. Sorry L'Oreal, this product was definitly a miss!
Seen Elnett in various magazines in the past and was excited to see it being carried at the Shopper's Drug Mart. My initial reaction to the hairspray was that it had a very strong distinct smell, unlike that of other drugstore brands. The hairspray itself didn't perform as I expected, the amount of hold it provided was somewhat lacking and required massive amounts to hold up any volume. However this may be due to the fair that I bought the version for normal hair and not the extra strength, perhaps that would have made the difference.
In the end, I would not recommend this product as cheaper products outperform it.
