Gentle, yes; Effective? Not sure

I'm always on the hunt for a good waterproof makeup remover that minimizes excessive rubbing (disturbing delicate tissue around the eyes), is non-drying and effectively clean-slates my face.
Unfortunately I can't say this is the one. Since the water and oil components don't mix, even after shaking, you get the same result on the face - watery oily eyes that neither feel hydrated nor clean. It does however, remove waterproof makeup in the end, and 125ml is a generous amount of product.

Since getting it though, i've barely reached for it, opting for other solutions, so i guess that says a lot.

Oil slicky

Nice looking packaging. Stated that it was non greasy but turned out to be very oily even after shaking. Too greasy for this oily skin mama. 🤔 Not recomended if you're prone to breakouts.
