Good moisturizer but not as a sunscreen

I was looking for a nice moisturizer that also had an SPF in it, I found this at Shoppers Drug Mart on sale for $10.99 I believe. (Regular price was $16.99) this was priced very well so I tried it. I wore this moisturizer for a few days and quickly realized that the SPF isn't high enough to stop me from getting a sunburn and I ended up with a burn on my forehead.

The moisturizer itself was fairly nice, it's thick and it made my skin soft and it also has a light scent. However if your looking for something that will protect your face and neck from the sun, this will not and you should get something else but it is a nice moisturizer.
