Smudge resistant!

This is a waterproof pencil eyeliner that is supposed to last up to 24 hours. I had difficulty locating this particular eyeliner and when I did, I could only find the colour grey. The grey colour looked almost blue on my skin so I wasn’t happy about that, maybe I would have liked it better in black. I normally use a liquid eyeliner so I found it a little challenging getting a smooth line. The pencil didn’t irritate my eyes even when I wore it on my waterline. It’s definitely smudge resistant. When I applied it to my waterline, it partially wore off in less than two hours. I think I will stick to my liquid eyeliner as I find it easier to apply. If you are used to pencil eyeliners you will like this.
