Definite Results!
The texture of my skin is smoother and it actually DOES seem a little brighter! I felt like it dried my skin a bit, but the dryness seemed to go away after a few days. Maybe my skin needed time to get used to it? I didn't see any difference with wrinkles but my skin is no longer dull looking - menopause can be hard on a woman's skin. This seems to combat that issue!
Easy to use, easy results
I recently started using the L'Oréal Paris Revitalift Triple Power LZR 0.3% Pure Retinol Night Serum, provided for free from @thisisbutterly as part of the #topratedbeauty campaign. I like to keep my skincare routine simple and effortless, while still getting results. The Retinol Night Serum is easy to use and provides great skin coverage. I have some forehead wrinkles, as we all do from daily living, and I can see the reduction in their overall appearance after a few nights of us. Following the instructions provided for a slow and careful introduction of the product to your routine, I'm sure you'll also see some of those finer lines smooth away with use. It's light in formulation, cooling, and most of all not heavy, so even my sensitive skin takes to it without breaking out. Once more, this product is available at @walmartcanada and is part of the @lorealparis product line
Thick and sticky
I wasn’t overly thrilled by the texture and application of this serum. It had a thick white texture and felt a bit cheap. I felt it worked as well as other retinol products, so I wouldn’t purchase in place of any other markets.
Powerful
I used this product in combination with the Revitalift Pressed Night Cream with Retinol. I found you have to take it slow and build tolerance to the products. I found the first application made my skin peel. So I only use it twice a week so far. I can’t say that I see a difference yet in my skin because I’ve only used this product a few times.

Serious skincare here
I received L'Oréal Paris Revitalift Triple Power LZR 0.3% Pure Retinol Night Serum free from ChickAdvisor as part of their #topratedbeauty program.
This is serious skincare! It contains .3% pure retinol which is the optimal amount for results and also remains stable and effective. In their trials 100% of women saw a reduction in wrinkles, even the deep ones.
This is a fragrance free ,clean and dermatologist validated formula. It's recommended to start slow- twice the first week, then every other night working up to every night.
I just started using so can't tell you I've noticed a huge improvement but I can say my skin is starting to feel smoother and getting glowy. I'm a seasoned retinol user and I can feel this working - if you're a first time user this might be too strong for you-I always recommend a patch test to see how your skin reacts to it. I am really looking forward to seeing the full effects of this serum! #freeproduct
Took a bit to get used to it...
This was my first time trying a retinol product and I wasn't sure what to think at first. I did enjoy that it has a little dropper for you to easily dispense the product on your face exactly where you want it. Upon running it on, there was definitely a burning sensation which I am told is normal for retinol products. My face was noticeably red and puffy. A few weeks in, the irritation had subsided but it's also very important to note that when using a retinol product, you must always use sunscreen (or keep your face covered) when going out into the sun, at least SPF 30. I have noticed that the texture, pores and fine lines on my face have started to fade which I'm happy about! The vitamin A really does wonders for the skin.
Like the Control with the Serum
Retinol in Serum form allows for much more control. One drop or three drops, add it to moisturizer to dilute it a bit when easing into retinol or use it on its own for a more potent effect.
First impressions
It’s hard to give a proper review of these product when we aren’t given a reasonable amount of time to actually try it. I am a new retinol user so I’ve had to slowly incorporate the serum into my routine. So far, it feels nice on the face! I’ve only been able to use it a handful of times but so far so good. Excited to see any results
