I have fair blonde lashes so mascara and is must in my beauty routine. This mascara is my favourite - it holds the curl and add lots of volume. I tried several and this one works better than most mascaras.
i use the waterproof version of this and it is so good! unfortunately i wish it was more volumizing! since the name is voluminous. but it does a good job of lengthening and is almost impossible to clump
i've expirements with lots of mascaras but this one really takes the cake. its clumpy, it goes on too thick and its not waterproof i have to take my fingers and pull out the clumps out. overall its not worth your time and money i'd rather use NYC thats less money and better quality or i'd use estee lauder XL mascara now thats worth every penny.
Loreal Paris Volumnious Mascara is the best drugstore mascara I've used. It thickens and lengthens lashes better than any other than I have found.
I adore this mascara! It provides colossal volume and length to my short little lashes, and the thick brush makes it easy to apply. It doesn't smudge, it's long-lasting, and the price is great! I've bought many top-of-the-line mascaras, but I just keep coming back to this one.
I’ve went through many mascaras (from Drugstore brands to more expensive ones) and I find myself using this mascara for everyday wear. It does smudge a tiny bit when I work out and sweat, but other than that, I don’t find any major problems with smudging. I recommend buying the waterproof version as the bit of wax in the waterproof prevents the eyelashes from getting droopy by the end of the day.
I wish I can say the same and give this mascara a good review. But this masacara was just ok. It does the job, sorta. It's not something I would repurchase again. It just bothers me how when you pull out the wand out of the tube... all this extra goop comes out. It also makes my lashes a bit clumpy after two coats and it weighs curls down.
I tried this mascara after all the reviews here. I am of a quest for the perfect mascara for me and it did not end here.
I have the biggest problem with racoon eyes. The only mascara I can use is Kiss Me Mascara. I still don't get long lashes from them. I have to admit, I love the way my lashes looked when I applied, but did not like the big smudges around my eyes 2 hours later. I wish Kiss Me Mascra could get me the length. My quset continues ...
L'Oreal - Voluminous mascara delivers by adding a good amount of length and volume. However, it does smudge a bit which is a serious pet peeve of mine. I recommend buying a primer or just buying a mascara that doesn't smudge.
I recently returned to Voluminous after a couple of years of using other products; this used to be my HG and when I caught it on sale in Shopper's at a time when I actually needed mascara I thought I'd reunite with an old favourite. But now...I kinda hate it. Ok I do have to take some responsibility because I bought this to serve as my daytime mascara when I just want my lashes to be lengthened and defined but not thicker, so buying something called VOLUMINOUS was not smart. However. I figured I would just endure having thick lashes for the month or however long it lasts. But two things about this mascara are really fretting me. One is that it is just waaaay too thick. Because I'm a cheapo, I don't just wipe the brush off on a tissue because it burns me to think of all the product I'm wasting. So I scrape it back into the tube and that alone takes me a good minute or two. There's sooo much to scrape off! It's just ridiculously thick in my opinion. The other thing is that it takes the curl out of my lashes. I always curl my lashes with a heated eyelash curler before putting on mascara and this just straightens them right back. I had a similar problem with Bad Gal so maybe it has something to do with whatever they put in mascara to increase volume. At any rate, this is still a very, very, good mascara, just not for me anymore. I doubt I'll repurchase when there are so many other kinds I still haven't tried...
