This, like the shampoo from the same line, is an alright product.

It is nothing special, but it does moisturize and provide relief from frizz.

It is a heavy conditioner and may be too much for people with thin and fine hair. People with thick hair will likely do much better with it.

I would only really buy this product again if it were on sale for a very good price. I have had better luck with other L'Oreal shampoos and conditioners.
