I bought this gel liner based on reviews found in the Internet. The pigmentation is good however this liner smudges throughout the day especially if you do a winged liner. Mind you I have oily eyelids but even with a primer I found it to smudge though it was less. It also comes with a brush which I'm not a fan of because I couldn't get a thin line with it.
