Great product, meh packaging

My husband and I used this on his hair and down to his beard area. We found the packaging a bit difficult to get the product out of, with it being so short and stubby. It just felt kind of awkward in our hands. Otherwise the product worked quite well, only leaving behind a few greys (although that could be user error!). He was happy with the results and the close colour match to his hair. He is sold on continuing to touch up his greys, but not totally sold if it will be this specific product again.
