I believe this is a newer item from L'Oreal. The Infallible Paints liquid eyeliner. The color I bought is #302 Electric Blue. I was very skeptical at first when I saw that it was more like a felt tip then a paint brush tip but on the upper lid it glides very nicely and the color is perfect. But under your lashes on the lower lid not so easy. I still prefer the paint brush type of liner for the bottom as you control the thickness of the line you want. But it really was a great buy and I certainly will purchase this one again.
