Disappointed with results

I tried Age Perfect Beautifying Colour Care in Touch of Warm Blonde by L'Oréal Paris. It was very easy to use as there was no mixing involved. I didn’t have high expectations of this product as my hair is still fairly brown in colour (although my hair is greying). My hair’s colour did not change after using this product, as I expected. However, my hair was left quite soft to the touch. Overall, I do not recommend this product to anyone whose hair is not naturally grey to white.
