Excellent face cream

I have tried so many face creams over the years and this is one that I am very pleased with. I get very dry skin, especially in the winter as soon as the heaters are turned on. This cream makes my skin feel and look very nice with a slight brightness to it. Great feeling and a little goes a long way.

Smells nice and works as well as others

I have combination skin and having turned thirty early this year, my skin is starting to show some signs of aging, including fine lines under the eyes and general dullness. There are a lot of things I really, really like about this moisturising cream from Loreal, so let's start with those.

It smells divine. Kind of like a sweet, nutty, body butter cream smell that I really like. It's not overpowering, and not unpleasant at all, it actually smells amazing. Texture wise, I'm a big fan. I prefer a very thick cream and this delivers on that. It spreads easily and you only need a surprisingly little amount to cover your whole face, but it's very thick and luxurious feeling.

I like that it comes in a jar, but that could be a deal breaker for some who don't like dipping their fingers. My real problem with this cream is not that it doesn't moisturise, it does, but it moisturises on par with cheaper brands I've used in the past, so I don't know that I would be comfortable switching to this for the long term.

It did leave my skin softer, but it wasn't the dramatic result I expected from the price point and brand name. The scent is very pleasant though and it's nice and thick!

I am a woman in my mid-thirties, and definitely am concerned about those fine lines that seem to have appeared overnight!

I have used L’Oreal in the past, and this is definitely different than some of their other products. The cream itself is thick, and I usually use two dabs on either cheek in order to blend it into my face (with circular motions to stimulate my skin and circulation).

My skin is generally dry to normal, so having extra moisture without feeling greasy is an important aspect I look for in a facial cream. The Hydra Nutrition meets this requirement despite its thickness. Within a minute or two of rubbing onto my skin, it dries, and my skin feels soft to the touch and is ready for make up application. Thankfully my make up goes on more naturally now, as my skin is hydrated instead of tight and dry.

It does not make my skin feel tight like other facial creams do, but in turn, the softness and feeling of my skin after using this cream definitely negates the tightness factor. Apparently by 4 weeks in, my skin should start to feel tighter, which is much more appealing than instant tightness and dryness that other products seem to produce.

There is a light scent to this cream, and I have not broken out or had any negative effects (break outs or red skin) since using it.

The container is also a nice size and will definitely last me a few months, if not longer.

Overall, for anyone in their twenties through forties who requires a moisturizing cream with light firming factors, this is the cream for you!

I usually buy this on sale and keep going back to it. It is an awesome day cream. Makes my skin very soft.

I have just started to use this product and so far am very satisfied . It feels great on the face--seems to be effective in hydrating the skin. Is not badly priced when compared with other products comparable.

I use this L'Oreal Age Perfect day/night cream everyday in the spring. It helps keep my face, neck and chest deeply hydrated and nourished for my mature, dry skin during the spring temperature change and strong winds we have been having around here. It also helps plump my skin and therefore it stops those sagging chins and cheeks. Yeah! The luxurious creamy beige texture soaks in quickly and leaves me with a soft and silky face and neck. I got this on sale for $19.99 at either Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drugs. Definitely worth the price.
