Firstly, let me say that I am always thrilled when I am chosen to review a product for the Product Review Club. I use the product and give it my best evaluation based on my personal findings with the product.

Lately I have been paying a lot more attention to the language used to describe a product, for instance on this Loreal Collagen Filler I noticed one word used was "Hyaluronic"....I looked it up in my Websters dictionary and the word wasn't even there. Exactly what is a "Hyaluronic Microshere" anyway? And is that just made up language in order to make us, the consumer feel like we are getting the most technologically advanced product around?? To me it means nothing.

I also noticed that the product was described as this: "dramatically reduces the appearance of lipstick feathering"....so it doesn't stop or hinder lip stick feathering, it just reduces the appearance of it? Makes not sense to me. Also, "plumping effect appears to last for hours"....so the plumping effect doesn't actually last for hours, it just appears to? Again, makes no sense to me.

So I tried it out....it is indeed lightweight, and non-sticky and tasteless. But I didn't get the instant plumping effect, nor did it reduce the appearance of vertical lines around my lips, which being in my mid 40's I definitely have! I didn't notice any difference at all using this product in regards to what it said it would do.

I had some hesitation in writing such a seemingly negative review about a product because I really enjoy being apart of the Product Review Club. However, being honest about my personal findings when testing a product is more important to me. After using the product for 8 days, I have not seen any of the lip plumping action or reduction in the lines around my lips. I didn't have a problem with lipstick feathering to begin with, so I can not attest as to whether it helped in that area or not.

Sorry folks, this one was just not the product for me! Nor would I recommend it based on my personal experience with the product. But thanks for the opportunity to try it out Loreal!

oh i didn't like this product at all...it was hard to apply, messy and didn't do anything for my lips! i normally wear lip gloss so i don't have to worry about feathering so much. this was just more of a hassle....didn't like it.

L’Oréal Paris Collagen Filler Lip has a Anti-Feathering Cream to redefine lips and a Plumping Serum to plump up and smooth lips. I am unhappy with the the Anti-Feathering Cream because it did not smooth out lines around the mouth to redefine lips to prevent feathering, and so I was doubtful that the Plumping Serum would do what it promises. During the initial days of testing out both ends of the products, I noticed no difference in my lips but after about a week, I noticed that my lips were indeed fuller and because they were ever-so-slightly plumped, there were less lines and so they felt and looked a lot smoother. Still, the first step of the Anti-Feathering Cream disappoints. The Plumping Serum also helps to to smooth out the application of lipstick which I like. Overall, I would not recommend this to anyone because it does not do what it promises.

I have very small lips and was looking for a wonder product that would be my solution...well unfortunately, L'Oreal Paris Collagen Filler Lip was not that product.

I am still young, 21. and I do not need the "step 1" procedure which is supposed to make my outline perfect and reduce the appearance of wrinkle lines. However, for the sake of this review, I still tried it and noticed absolutely no difference in the appearance of my mouth.

"Step 2" also fell short of my expectations. I really wanted this product to work - bordering on placebo effect - but alas, it did not. I did not enhance the appearance of my lips in any way even though my mouth is very small to begin with and would be very evident if any genuine alternation took place.

I would not recommend this product to my friends, but I gave the 5 packages away to friends and family.

Thus, I would not buy this product again.
