I received this as a sample few weeks back and just got about to using it now. Frankly I didnt like the product. It didnt serve the purpose and dried out completely on my lips.. I wouldnt recommend it and definitely not worth the price
This was an ok product to my mom. She has very thin lips compared to mines so she expected for a little bit of plumping but really she just got a lip gloss. She only liked it a little because of how it help but with results, nothing.
While I loved getting this freebie from ChickAdvisor, I'd have to agree with many posters - the product wasn't all that special, in my opinion.
Feels nice, but don't notice anything major. A bit annoying with the double ended needle-like package.
I'll keep using it till it's done, but won't buy it again.
I've used this product for two weeks now. It went on smoothly without giving me the sticky feeling. First time I applied the product, it had a slight tingling sensation and my lips plumped up slightly for a short period of time. I do have some lines on my lips and after application, the lines are all gone. My lips were noticeably soft and smooth!
Also, I do find the two-step process is a bit too annoying when you're rushing to get out of the door.
Bottom line: a great expensive moisturizing product
Thanks to chickadvisor for letting me try this product!
I didn't really find this product to be anything special. While it did moisturize well, I didn't notice any "plumping" effects, and while it did serve well as a lip primer for lipstick, I found that as the day wore on it would collect and settle strangely.
Also, I don't know if anyone else experienced this, but it seemed to actually dry my lips out after prolonged use, compared to regular lip balm.
I would suggest skipping this and getting mint lip balm instead - I always find it does a better job at "plumping" and causes my lips to flush naturally so i don't need lipstick or gloss.
I found this product to be okay but nothing special. I don't really have any fine lines yet so it was hard to notice if there was any difference. I would definitely like to try this product again in a few years. As for the plumping cream, I felt that it really helped add moisture to my lips, but other than that I didn't notice any sort of plumping effect. On that note, I don't believe it is worth the cost!
i tried this product and it is not something that i would put on my to purchase list.. it's okay but in my opinon not worth the price tage thats for sure.
I tested this product out and found it to be OK. I would say that my lips felt more smooth and not so dry than plump. I felt that there was more moisture put back in my lips than your average lip balm. So I guess there is a plus there!
Thank you for the chance to try out this product. I also gave some of my friends a chance to try it out.
Unfortunately, it wasn't as effective as I thought it would be.
I liked the anti-feathering cream. I have been noticing the fine lines around my lips when I look in the mirror as I pursed my lips. After two weeks of using the cream as directed, I noticed that there seems to be fewer lines now.
As for the plumping serum. I don't think it worked as well as I thought it would. I didn't see any plumping but I did like it as the base for my lipstick. Again, it filled out the very fines lines, so when I put lipstick on I don't have vertical lines on my lips. But it didn't last for long though. As soon as I have to reapply, the lines are back.
I'm not sure this stuff did anything for me. Maybe I haven't been using it long enough - it's only been about three weeks, but I'm not noticing any difference so far. Then again, I don't have any fine lines around my lips despite being in my mid-thirties and a smoker so maybe it's preventing them, which is a good thing.
In terms of the plumping side, I really liked it as a base for my lipgloss, but I did not find it effective in terms of plumping at all. No visible increase in the plumpness of my lips, no stinging sensation, nothing.
I'll continue to use this though, because I want to prevent fine lines from developing around my lips and I like the way my lip gloss glides right over it.
