First off I'm addicted to Lip Gloss. And this is by far on the top of my list of ALL of the clear lip gloss I've ever tried. First it's NOT sticky at all and leaves your lips feeling smooth and luscious. It lasts VERY long. Longer than a lot of the more expensive ones. Oh and YES it will glide right over your favorite lip stick without smudging it and helps your color POP!!! Great Buy!!
