Still dont know how i feel about this....

All in all the product is decent. I use two shades because i find the shade light brunette is orange toned but the shade brunette is WAY too dark, so that's kind of a bummer that i have to buy two shades. Plus one time i bought the pencil and it came broken...The effectiveness of the product is why i continue to buy it, its not too waxy and does make my eyebrow's look how i want. I do get many compliments when i wear this product however i am on the hunt for a new brow product at the moment!
