Really liked this foundation. It gave AMAZING coverage for a drugstore brand foundation, and it is also really buildable. You can layer over top, and it doesn't become cakey or heavy on the face. It applies really smoothly if you use a good primer underneath and moisturize beforehand.
I tried this foundation after they discontinued the original Loreal infallible 16 Hour foundation and was completely disappointed. This is a thick matte foundation that must be blended in quickly. When I went out into the sun, every tiny imperfection or line/wrinkle was completely visible. This is the worst foundation I have ever tried and I would not recommend it to anyone
This is an excellent drug-store foundation. It is a bit pricier in terms of drug-store makeup, but it often goes on sale so you can get it for around $14 dollars and under. This foundation is fantastic. Definitely makes my skin tone look even, and does stay matte for a very long time. Again, the only reason I rate it a little bit lower is because when it is not on sale, you are looking at around $21 for this foundation, and I would not pay that much for it. I also suggest using a Real Techniques Complexion Sponge to apply this foundation, as it helps to make your skin look flawless! Overall, I love this foundation, and it is my go-to product every day.
This is my new favorite foundation.I love the fact it is long wearing and it lives up to its promise..I apply it early in the morning and it lasts all day.Great coverage and a beautiful matt finish that helps make skin look flawless.Great variety of colors to easily match skin tone.Blends well and is the perfect base for a pretty face.
I absolutely love this product! Doesn't exactly live up to the "24 Hour" thing, but really, you shouldn't have this on for 24 hours! A little touch ups here and there on my oily days but this foundation is amazing. I've always had oily skin and this hides that so well. Definitely recommend this!
This is my holy grail drugstore foundation! Pretty good coverage that is build able, and a huge color range. I find myself blending different shades for different seasons and I can get incredibly tan in the summer and really pale in the winter. Its super smooth and natural and I love the demi matte, not super matte, but doesn't leave my skin dewy or oily, even after an entire day of wear!
I have used many different foundations and I have to say this is probably my favourite one. It provides great coverage and feels very light and natural on. I use it daily and have not experienced any skin breakouts like with some other foundations. In comparison with other foundations especially the higher-end ones like Mac, this an amazing foundation that does not break the bank. Great quality for a great price. Highly recommend it.
This is the only foundation I've found that goes on full coverage, but without looking cakey and like I'm wearing foundation. So far, I've repurchased twice. I love the way it sits on my skin, doesn't look flakey, or make me break out. And a little goes a long way here - a tiny drop does my entire face. I especially love the staying power. If I put it on in the morning, it's there when I go to take my makeup off. And it stays matte - no shininess peaking through.
Disclaimer I am of the Pale Girl Problems and their lightest shade is not quite light enough for me HOWEVER I still love it and can make it work with bronzers and the such, YA DIG?
Just like all my other reviews, some key things to note about me and my skin.
1. I have combination skin normal to oily and dry
2. I wear a lot of makeup daily (primer, foundation, concealer, powders, Contour, bronzer, blush, highlight, 3 different brow products, about 10 eyeshadows on any given day, fake lashes, the whole shebang!)
3. I clean my face daily sometimes twice (morning and night)
4. I exfoliate at least once a week (Face scrub)
5. I problem treat my skin with a clay mask 1-2 times a week
6. I moisturize DAILY night and day
7. I have large pores
8. I rarely break out
9. I am in my 30’s
I have the standard "Combination Skin" (oily t-zone) I have a hard time finding foundations that keep me matte, yet make me look alive and not dry out the rest of my face. It is also hard to find GOOD light foundations as generally for me the lighter the foundation the chalkier it becomes (My feelings of Maybelline's pore minimizing matte foundation are horrific)
With this being stated, I would have to say L'Oreal has their shit together! It has a very nice texture it leaves the skin looking like skin, has full coverage and doesn't feel like a mask on my face.
(Again keep in mind I wear A LOT of makeup light weight to me could feel like a ton to you if you never wear makeup)
As for the colour, again I wish it was a little lighter however its not as pink as most light tones can be and I like that. It's why it makes this a workable foundation for me.
As for staying Matte... I have yet to find a foundation that lasts all day and keeps my t-zone matte. I really don't think one exists LOL however I get about a good 6 hours out of it before I look like a slimy oil slick, however strobbing is all the rage now .....so.... highlight?
Another pro is it has yet to break me out, so I would say it has that going for it too LOL
Would I buy it again, Probably, as far as drug store foundations go (excluding the higher end ones you can get at a Beauty Boutique Shoppers) it is to me one of the best.
You don't have to go broke to look good!

One of my holy grail foundations, it really lasts for the entire day. It's practically industrial strength foundation, it just won't budge! The coverage is amazing, and the foundation is easily buildable. It doesn't cake my face at all, which is a plus, and it doesn't hug any of my dry patches as well.
