I think this is now known as the l'oreal liquid artist eyeliner. This is an ok eyeliner. I like the thin tip of this, but I find that this dries out way too quickly. Though this for two reasons, the cap closure mechanism is not great, and this also only has 0.6ml. Most liquid liners have at least 1ml. I have found that this dries a little after a week of use, and so the line that it produces is consistently a little dry after that. This is also not waterproof, though I find that the staying power is decent. This is also one of the more expensive liquid pen type eyeliners at the drugstore, and there are now cheaper alternatives out there.

I really wanted to love this liner, it has an amazing tip. Super thin and not too long, perfect for geting close to the lashline and creating a perfect wing. The shade is incredibly black and when swatched on my hand, it does not budge. However, everytime i have put it on my eyes, it has run really badly. Talking panda eyes here. Im not if i got a bad batch or what but it does not stay on my eyelids.
