Love love love this liner. Comes with a little brush. I've been using this product for 2 years now. It's so easy to apply and stays on ALL DAY LONG. Would highly recommend!!!

It's my first gel liner. I'm realy happy it comes with a little brush to apply the liner. It works realy well and it's easy to apply. I totaly recommend it

L'Oreal- Infallible Lacquer liner 24H, was an amazing product that I highly recommend. It lasted all day with very little smudging. It went on smoothly and was very pigmented. It came with a brush that worked well with the liner but wasn't the best brush for applying eyeliner.
