It's okay
I don't really suffer from oily shiny skin (which is what this clay mask is meant to target) so my review may be biased. It makes my skin feeling good but there is nothing revolutionary about this mask that makes me want to purchase it again. The scent of this one is also not as nice as the red clay.
Super pour la peau grasse
J'ai eu la chance de tester le masque purifiant de l'oreal paris. #gotitfree. Il s'applique bien et sèche au bout de 10 minutes. Je le racheterai a coup sure!
It was ok
Tried 3 of the masks in this line and I can't say they were terrible but not the best or at least not as effective as they claim to be! I like that they don't overdry or harden too much and they are easy to wash off but I didn't see a big difference in my skin after trying a few times
I'll pass
Overall, it wasn't a bad mask. I bought this along with the energizing and brightening mask (the grey one). I didn't really see a difference in my skin after using it a few times.
Decent mask, but doesn't do what it promises
I bought this mask after using the original grey clay mask. It claims to minimize oily skin, and mattify your complexion. Overall, this product did little to minimize my oily skin. I found that the grey mask did a better job at minimizing my oily skin (seriously try that one instead!)
However, it is rather gentle, and is not painful compared to other masks. I would skip this product and use the grey one instead.
Not my favorite clay mask
I tried the L'Oréal clay mask hoping to cleanse my pores. It made my skin more oily, and has a strong cologne-like smell. Quantity for the price is good
I didn't really see much of a difference.
I have combination skin and found this mask to be ok, but nothing miraculous. It's recommended to use it three times a week, which I think is a little nuts considering the tub is not that big, so you'll use it up very quickly that way. However, for testing purposes, I dutifully used it thrice weekly, but my results were the same. Immediately after using the mask my skin looked improved, soft and with a nice glow, but the oiliness of my skin would return pretty quickly and long term I didn't really see much of a difference.
That being said, it's still a pretty nice mask. It has a fresh, zingy scent and doesn't burn or hurt the skin, just feels a bit tingly. Keep in mind this is a proper clay mask, which means it dries pretty rock hard. If that's not for you, avoid this mask. I personally like a super hard clay mask, so for me it was fine.
I'll continue to use this on occasion as a fun, pampering treat, but I don't think I'd use it regularly as I didn't see the difference I was hoping for.
Protip: To avoid roughing up your skin by washing this off with a cloth, apply the mask 15 minutes before a shower and then rinse it off easily under the shower, that way you don't have to scrub at your skin.
It smelled pretty refreshing, and it didn't burn even though it has eucalyptus in it, but it also wasn't tingly at all, either. No way of knowing if it was working or not. It also didn't have a tight, matte dry like the red algae mask does, it was still pretty thick and creamy by the end of the fifteen minute mark. My skin felt pretty smooth when I rinsed, but not soft or difference enough to be really noticeable or anything when done. It also didn't feel as refreshing as it smelled and wasn't very energizing or brightening at all. Maybe just not for my skin.
Loved this product so much! Definitely seen a change in my skin after the first use! Leaves your skin feeling smooth, and has a cooling sensation, and is one of the better Face masks I have used. I look forward to trying the other two masks in the collection.
The only and best thing is the smell Nevertheless, not the taste; after a couple of hours, it needs to apply again, so not at all durable as it declares. Thus I would like more pigment on it. The color is 640 juicy fruit; simply gloss light, soft pink. The lip gloss is sticky for me, and I think it is probably better just for moisturizes lips. Cost between 5 and 7 dollars. I don't recommend it
