My fine lines under my eyes got worse

I used this product under my eyes as no where on the box it says stay away from that area.
I woke up the next day with puffy eyes and now my left eye has more noticeable wrinkles than before. It really loosened my skin under my eyes and when I smile, the lines are very large. Now I don’t know what to do to fix it.
Any suggestions?
