It covered the roots great but the grey was another matter. I have to say that the color was a bit off but not so you would notice. Only if you looked for a difference. I loved the easyness of the product and would use it again.

I recently received the root rescue to use and I love it. it matched my color really well. I also have grey's at the root line and it covered them well also. The only thing I found a little hard was the applicator bottle. I really had to squeeze the bottle hard to get enough product onthe brush to get it to brush through my hair. Also my bangs were long and if you dont hold down you hair while your brushing I found it tangled a bit. But I would definately buy this product.

I have very light colored blonde hair and so I chose the light blonde Root Rescue Kit. I found that the applicator was very easy to use and the whole process was seamless, including the short 10 minutes you have to wait which I thought was great! The results on the other hand were not the greatest. My hair loses some of the lightness as it gets closer to my next color appointment as well as my dirty blonde roots coming through. In the past I have had issues with box hair color making my hair slightly redish in color and so I always had to buy ashy blondes and now I have my hair proffessionally colored... this product did that exact same thing to my roots! It actually forced me to go to the salon earlier as it looked almost worse than my natural roots coming through. It was lighter than my roots but like I mentioned above, it had a redish undertone so it was so far off my light blonde hue. I would not use this product again but I would recommend them coming out with different tones of the color for people whos undertones come out easily when they color. I wish I would have taken a picture but I am back to all blonde now. Sorry!

L'Oreal Paris Root Rescue is a great product. The applicator was easy to use and the cost is way better than going to the salon for root touch ups. I found the color blended very well and also covered the gray . The color itself is rich and beautiful and the scent was rather pleasant compaired to some hair coloring products. Definately going to recommend to friends and family!

How was your overall experience with using this product (gray coverage, ease of use, colour matching, length of time needed, how your hair looks/feels after application, etc.)? - i have some grey hair and it covered it well. The colour match was almost perfect. My hair felt very soft after the application. I am very happy with the end result. How does this product compare to other home hair colours (including root-targeted products) you've used in the past (if applicable)? - I liked the application tool to apply to the roots. It was easy to use andd wasn't messy. Would you buy this product again and/or recommend it to a friend? - Yes I would buy this again and recommend to a friend

The L'Oreal Paris Root Rescue Haircolour was easy to apply, and didn't drip or leak onto my skin. The color was a very good match as I had chosen black. It was easy to follow instructions and within 10 minutes it was finished. I would say that there is just enough product if used very carefully. It would have been better had there been more in the bottle as it's easy to run out. I would buy it again as I had a good experience with it.

I love this product! I always have such a hard time doing my own hair colour - it gets so messy - but this applicator makes it so easy! It was true to its claims and worked in just 10 minutes while being gentle on my hair. The colour also blended my roots perfectly with my previous hair colour. I give it a thumbs up!

I LOVE this product! This fantastic product provides effective rescue for hair as it is growing out a few weeks after colouring. The colour matching was just beautiful and blended in well with my existing colour (and I had used a completely different brand previously). The colour blended in for a beautiful overall effect, which took only 10 minutes to develop even with my very stubborn greys (best coverage ever!). Its gray coverage is simply excellent - no gray remains. It is very easy to use, the applicator brush is firm enough to penetrate and move the hair near the scalp, which is particularly great for longer heavier hair. The close bristles evenly coated the hair and took just minutes to apply! My hair looks luminous and smooth, with lots of body. It feels soft and takes a curl well, and flat irons effortlessly. Compared to other colours, this one is very easy to mix and apply, the colour takes better, takes less time to apply and develop, with a better look and feel afterwards. The solution smells better than other products. It didn't make my scalp burn during the application and wait time, and it didn't dry my scalp or make it itchy afterwards. I would/will definitely use this product again and recommend it to my friends for all of its highly superior qualities. This root rescue product is a winner! Readers should give it a try. Thanks for this L'Oreal!

L'Oreal Paris Root Rescue was absolutely amazing! It covered grey areas fast and effectively. I was really impressed with it's low odor which even the best at home hair color sometimes has. Also, even with my sensitive scalp there was no irritation at all! The product itself was really straight forward and easy too use, the color matching was seamless! Overall I would definitely recommend this too anyone that needs a quick and simple touchup!

I really enjoyed using this product. It was easy to apply and matched my hair colour perfectly. I didn't drip and was pretty much hassle free to use. I checked online to see what the price was and was a little distrubed as it is almost as expensive as a full bottle of hair colour! I did enjoy using the product so other than the price I have nothing bad to say about it.
