Root Rescue worked great for me! I last died my hair with Nice N Easy in darkest brown and the match with Root Rescue was seamless, as promised. I liked that you don't have to die your whole head which gave my stressed strands a bit of a break. I think its a great product, easy to use and well worth the money.

It was a quick, easy process, and the colour was quite good. Texture of my hair was pretty nice. Price is pretty right. A couple of criticisms - compared to other similar products I found there wasn't as much control of the process (needing some squeezing of the tube, which splattered a bit, couldn't really control the amount coming through the brush part. The brush itself was smooth and easy to apply; but the amount of product wasn't as easy). The colour itself seems to be harder to wash off of skin compared to other formulas. Mind you, that might mean that the colour will be longer lasting - but when you're dealing with black on the skin, it sticks out a bit longer. Overall it's a good product and great in a pinch to tide you over until your next colour.

How was your overall experience with using this product (gray coverage, ease of use, colour matching, length of time needed, how your hair looks/feels after application, etc.)? Wow .. Loreal paris root rescuse was awesome ..i had so many people asking if i had my hair done at a beauty salon ..it was awesome to see that this kit done such a wonderful job ..was very impressed with this product .i would buy this again .. my hair felt so good and look good after completed .. wow !! cover up grey hair in least then 10 minutes ..thats what i call one awesome product ..... .How does this product compare to other home hair colours (including root-targeted products) you've used in the past (if applicable)? This product was excellent .. ..i have used many other kits ..but it didn't come to anything like this one ..i really enjoy this loreal paris kit ..it was awesome ..will sure buy this when i see it at any store or drugstore . Would you buy this product again and/or recommend it to a friend? YES !!! I would buy this product over and over again ..i would tell all my friends about this new product ..then I finally tell them that.. this was the kit that i was using to cover up my grey roots ..that i didn't go to any salon ..they won't believe me ..but i kept the box for proof ..thanks .. i really like trying this product ..would difinately try more and was very please ..knew Loreal paris wouldn't let me down ..THANKS

I found the application to be quite easy and it didn't take very long, even on my extremely thick hair. It covered all of my gray hairs which was a big plus. Overall I was satisfied with it and would probably use it again in the future for a quick touch up.

I like that this is a quick and easy fix in between colors. It's very convenient and easy to use product. I will definitely buy this again and recommend it to friends. I like how great it matched my hair and how quick it was to make my color look fresh again!

I was very skeptical to this product to work because I personally every time that I re-touch my colour I would do my roots and all the length of my hair so I usually buy two boxes every time that I have to retouch my colour so, when I received the box I wasn't sure was going to work for me. but I was very pleasently surprise that it actually worked.. and great!!!!. It super easy to use there is no spilling, its really not messy and not complicated at all, the colour matched amazing!!! even though my previous hair colouring was from another brand which It really surprised me!!!! my hair loooks really healthy, shiny it feels soft and smells good. I think loreal is a very trustable brand and all products , I find it, great quality, but the fact thata it really matches the colour, that not necessarily, has to be from the same brand its awsome!!!!! I love the fact that i dont have to buy two boxes every time I want to re-touch my hair colour!!! I will defenitively will continue to buy this product andwill recomend to all all my friends and family as well. Great product!!!!!!

First thing that I noticed, and was very disappointed by, were the cheap gloves. The included gloves are very poor quality, and ripped in between my fingers when I put them on. For the price, put in a full pair of rubber gloves. they must only cost pennies!!! NO CHEAP GLOVES - and for that reason alone I would consider another product. I hate stained hands!!!! The product worked well, and matched my color fairly well. I would probably use it again if they put in better gloves. I liked the smell and the applicator was very effective. I'm curious to see if there is any fading.

This product did not work for me at all and I ended up having to go the salon to get it fixed! Rather than blond, my hair went a strange grey-ish colour. Im sure this may work for some who normally use home hair colouring -- I do normally attend the salon or will do home if I absolutely must. I was very much hoping this product would be my go-to product during touch ups between going to the salon. I will not purchase this item based on my experience.

I love this product.It worked very quickly and matched my hair color perfectly.I it was easy to use to,and I didn;t have to buy a full box of hair color just for my roots.I will buy the new Root Rescue from now on.And I am sure I convinced my friends to try it to.The worst thing is having the top of your hair turn grey first.With Root Rescue,no more worries.It completely covered up those ugly grey roots of mine.
