It is very easy to apply, and color matches perfectly. I don't have many grays but what ever I had on the top is gone and my hair is soft and did not have to touch the ends.. Great solution for in between full head applications.. Kudos to L'Oreal for coming up with this handy solution..

I really like how easy it was to apply product Comb on the product did get caught in my hair at one point, comb spaces could be alittle more separated. Colour was an exact match to my current colour. No bad or overpowering smell. It was quick and easy.

I liked this product, it works well on covering the roots that sneak up in between dying, which is exactly what it was meant for. easy to use and lasts a far amount of time. I would purchase this over buying an entire box of dye.

I loved this product! It was easy to use and quite simple. It didnt drip and was able to work really fast. My hair feels soft and not straw-like like some products that I have used, and my hair still feels very healthy. It seems to be wearing really well. I have really oily hair and have to wash it every day and this product it not fading at all like some product I have used. There are a lot of colour choices, which I like, since it will help you find the colour closest to yours. Now, I wanted to comment on the colour choice I had. I couldnt believe it! I coloured my hair with a completely different brand, and this one matched perfectly! It was great! Seriously, Loreal Root Rescue works amazingly! Note: Unfortunately, due to Canada Post I received this Monday, so I wanted to get some wear into it before I wrote my review. That's why I am a couple days late.

L'Oreal Paris Root Rescue Haircolour was so easy to use - even for a haircolour novice like me! In the past year, I have started to notice a few grey/white hairs on my head. It was such a bother to use regular haircolour because I didn't need to use the whole box. However, I found that although L'Oreal Paris Root Rescue is made to help women to colour their roots, it works for those of us who only have a handful of greys (or whites) to mask. It matched my naturally black hair very well, and made my hair soft and shiny. It's so easy to use and works so well that I'll be recommending this to anyone wanting to cover their roots or their minimal grey hair.

My first comment would have to be that the quantitiy isn't enough to cover all the roots. The quality of it was good overall because it didn't dry my hair too much. I was a bit turned off by the scent considering it is a "Low ammonia " product, it was a bit too strong to my opinion. Thank you for letting me try it though.

Overall, I don't think that this a bad product at all, but it's certainly not the best that I have ever used. The pros: It's very convenient to have an attached dye comb on the bottle opening. Certainly, it's less messier than having to use a separate dye comb. The color I got is medium brown which seems to match quite well to my existing color. Except when I am in sunlight-that's when I notice that my dyed roots seem a bit lighter than the rest of my hair... The cons: The formula is a bit on the runny side, so I was continually patting more dye onto my grey roots to make sure that they are well saturated. I also left mine on for 30 mins instead of the recommended time. But then, I have stubborn roots. Also, the amount of product that you get is a lot less at the same price point than what is being offered by other competitors. Like I said before, it's not a bad product, but I honestly can't say that it is a great product, either. It does the job that it is supposed to do so far. It's been four days since I have done my roots, and the color so far has survived one shampooing with no fading. I am interested to see how well the color stays on after more shampoos.

Firstly, I think the colour is generic enough to cover most types of dark brown hair. I do think that not enough product is given, (thus the low rating on the price of the product) since people with longer roots or thicker hair will not get sufficient coverage with the amount provided. Further, I left it in longer than the recommended time as my roots are almost black while the rest of my hair is dark brown and for me personally, it did not lighten my roots sufficiently to create a seamless transition between roots and the bottom of my hair. While I do not feel like my hair has become dryer, I definitely do not detect any enhancement in the condition of my hair, despite its built-in conditioning. While this is the first root touch up product I have ever used, as I usually redo my whole head when I redye my hair, it has not wowed me nor has it made me decide to switch over and use root touch ups in the future. It just does not have anything exceptional about the quality, for example there is no added shine or multidimension to the colour which while it is not advertised as such a product, it is what I am looking for in a hair dye, whether it be for all of my hair or solely for my roots. Lastly, the brush in my opinion was nothing new or innovative, and was a little small in that it took much longer to cover my whole head as the ones that I usually use have wider brush heads.

I haven't used any hair coloring product previously because I always went the salon to get it done "professionally". To be honest, I was always wary about using the ones that you could purchase in the drugstore and wasn't sure if they were gentle on the hair, worked as well or if was something that I could do myself. This product works just as well as going to a salon! It is very easy to use and the applicator keeps the mess to a minimum. It also makes it very easy to mix and apply. I must say, even for a self-home hair coloring newbie like me, this product was very easy to use and produced great results. It was effective a covering my white hairs and the color matched my hair color. It looks very natural! I am very pleased with this product and would definitely use it again.
