I wanted to love this

I wanted to love this micellar water but it did not work for my combination-oily skin. I would use it in the morning to cleanse my skin prior to makeup application. It made my skin breakout and clogged my pores. I still use it as a makeup remover but I wash my skin with a cleanser afterwards.

Don't bother

This stuff is garbage. I was just about out of my Garnier stuff, which I love, when I came across this on clearance for $3. I can see why! It doesn't even take off regular mascara, I would hate to see how much scrubbing you'd have to do with waterproof! Never again.
