After long long search for perfect eyeliner, I think this is The One. It has a small sponge brush, instead of hair type brush, which doesn't leave small pieces of hair from the brush on your face. It doesn't need repeatedly dipping in the solution. It's not oily so it stays in place once you apply it to your eyes.
