Wow! I have just recovered from an eye infection, and at my doctors recommendation, threw out eye makeup due to risk of contamination. My go to as are has been They're Real, but my budget didn't allow for this, so I decided to try L'Oreal Voluminous Superstar mascara in Black. It is a 2 step mascara..the first is a coat of white to help build up and prime lashes, and then you add a coat of black. I had tried a similar product years ago, and remembered it being heavy on the lashes, and clumped. The cosmetician at SDM let me know if I didn't like it, I could return for a full refund so I decided to give it a shot, and am very impressed. It leaves none of that heavy feeling, applies really smoothly, and does not clump at all. My lashes look fantastic, feel great, and my eyes are not irritated at all. It normally runs around $18, but is on sale for around $12 this week. I think I have found a new favorite!

This mascara is perfect for a good volume and lenght. It is black as black and the primer really makes a difference. The only problem with this mascara is that it is long to apply. it takes 3 minutes longer than applying a normal mascara. THe final look is worth it though.

If I had to pick one product only to use on my face it would be mascara. I have long lashes and I am personally obsessed with any of the voluminous mascaras . They have the full plump brush that coat the lashes without clumping and provide extra volume and fullness to make your eyes pop. I recently also tried voluminous million lashes and the comb brush is great for coating and separating the lashes making them look 3 times as long.

As I've said before I'm a mascara addict, I like this one because it has a primer on one end and mascara on the other which is very convenient. It's nice and thick and doesn't flake!

I find that the L'Oreal Voluminous Butterfly Waterproof mascara lasts long and does not flake away, even after going swimming. I also find that it does not smudge after getting wet, ie: crying, swimming. The brush is great for lengthening your lashes. Blackest black is my favourite.

L'oreal Voluminous Superstar mascara- This mascara is a good price point for a two in one primer and mascara. The amount you get isn't a lot due to it being double ended. However it is super convenient. I find it very easy to remove unlike some pricier mascara's. Overall I would recommend and definitely purchase again.

I am definitely disappointed in this mascara. Considering it is from L'Oreal Paris I thought it would at least be average but it's terrible, works like a dollarstore brand. If I use step one (white) then step two I have to do it multiple times just to get the black to cover the white. It is also thin and prone to clumps. If I wear it, I will walk by a mirror a few hours later to find it already sliding off my eyelashes.

I have been using l'oreal voluminous for years and it is my favorite drugstore mascara. It helps volumize and curl my lashes better than any other mascara I have tried. My lashes are very thin, short, and sparse, and this mascara is the only one that does a good job of making them more dramatic!

I couldn't wait to get my hands on this mascara. I was a bit disappointed. It has primer on one end, and mascara on the other end. I just don't find that it lengthens or volumizes my lashes. It clumps a bit but doesn't flake off.

I love the l'Oréal telescopic mascara. It definite very well and the effect in real life is the SAME as in the publicity
