This hair mask is fantastic. I use it about twice a week and I really notice that my hair continues to be soft and smooth even on the days when I don't use this. My only problem is that it never seems to rinse out all the way but it doesn't seem to be an issue when my hair dries. I only used this on the bottom half of my hair and didn't have any problems with an oily scalp.

LOVED this masque! I know masques take time but honestly it's totally worth it. You can instantly feel the difference in your hair. The texture and shine really improved in my hair. Living in the city and in winter I find my hair can get easily damaged, so far, this masque has helped turn back the time on damage.

I never thought I would have had the patience to use a masque, but the wait is only 2-3 minutes, so I just wash my face or use my body wash or something to kill a few minutes while the masque is in. I haven't even had to use conditioner after using this because its so hydrating! Its awesome. I really did feel a difference out of the shower in terms of the softness of my hair. I did have dead ends but you can't even tell after I used this! I am very happy with this, and even though the container doesn't look huge, a little bit goes a long way, so this will last for some time!

I have very long thick hair, I shampoo and condition everyday, my hair is normal but when I buy hair products I trend towards more moisturizing products just to keep my hair healthy. I air dry and very rarely use heat style my hair so it's pretty healthy as is.

I used this in conjunction with the shampoo. I liked that you only needed a little bit to completely coat your hair so the little tub is going to last longer then I would've assumed. the 2-3 min wait isn't too long, I clip up my hair and go on to soap and shave and by that time I can rinse it out which is better then my plain coconut oil method which is messy and I have to keep my hair wrapped up for an hour (for this reason I rarely do it). I really liked the results, the hair at the back of my neck tend to tangle easily but after the mask they were smooth and soft like the rest of my hair. My hair felt soft, it was shinier, less tangly, and I felt my waves were a bit more defined and less frizzy.

The only con I have for this product was towel drying my hair mid shower to put this mask on, I did it the first time I tried it so I could get the full effect. The next time I tried the mask I just squeezed my hair out really well before putting on the mask. I felt they performed more or less the same so you could try it out without towel drying.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the results from the mask and I'll definitely incorporate it into my routine maybe 2-3 times a week to just give my hair a boost. I focused the product along the length of hair and less so on the roots so I didn't find it made my hair greasy. I do find the price pretty steep, I will have to try other hair masks first before I decide to repurchase.

Once again I was really excited to be able to review this because my hair was dry from my last coloring. I really liked the shampoo so I was excited to try the masque.

Like the shampoo it was rich and creamy, it had a really nice texture to it. I found the smell to be similarly "artificial" like the shampoo but not quite as bad. I left it in my towel dried hair for about 3 minutes and then rinsed. I definitely noticed a difference, it already felt much smoother, I actually couldn't stop touching my hair in the shower because it was so nice.

I then dried my hair and was very happy with the results. My hair was shiny and very smooth. The ends of my hair were so much better than before. It did a really great job at moisturizing those dry ends. I also felt my hair looked much healthier. I've tried hair masques in the past and this one far surpassed those.

I think for me, like the shampoo, the price is a bit high but if I could afford it I will definitely use it again and most definitely recommend it to people.

I have dry/frizzy/curly/thick hair and I was so excited to try this masque! It smells REALLY nice... Light and clean.

As I was washing my hair, I felt like the conditioner wasn't washed out all the way, but it was. It just made my hair that soft. When I was combing my hair afterwards, I was amazed at how easy it was to put a comb through it. Even as my hair air-dried, I could feel the difference. My usually split ends looked and felt better too.

The only thing that I wasn't thrilled about was getting out of the shower, towel drying my hair after shampooing, just to jump back in and put the masque in... It would be better if I could do it all in one shot. I've got 2 young kids, so time for myself is limited!!

Overall, I absolutely loved using this, and will be sad when it's gone because I think it's a little pricey to buy regularly.

I have dry frizzy curly/wavy hair. The L'oreal repair masque made my hair look and feel soft without taking away any of my volume. My hair stayed soft and manageable till its next wash. Even after getting blown about in some crazy wind my hair was still virtually frizz-less and much less tangled than normal.

L'Oreal Professionnel Intense Repair Masque is very good. It has a smooth, clingy texture almost paste like with a very light scent. I left it on towel dried hair for 2-3 minutes as directed and then rinsed. It rinsed out easily. I noticed just after I towel dried my hair that the hair felt lighter in weight, plumper, and thicker looking. It surprised me that my hair could react like this because I have fine, straight hair and it always flattens out.

My first impression after using the mask while hair is still wet was odd. I kept looking at my hair because it felt like it was being lifted up from the roots. It felt like I had air in my hair, the hair shafts seems larger to me, like the hair expanded somehow. I showed my hubby because I wanted to be sure I was not seeing things. I have problems with fly away hair, especially on the top and I noticed it tamed the fly away hairs dramatically. My hair felt smooth and silky to the touch when both wet and dry.

I have tried a couple other hair repair masks and always seem to be dissatisfied with them. With others I tried, it was hard to get the product out of my hair or it was gritty and left an unpleasant texture. I thought it was something I have to live with because my hair is so fine and dead straight. By using the shampoo and mask together, I noticed more texture, sleekness, and a slight volume to my hair. Although, the volume I experienced in my hair may not be much to others, for me, it was quite noticeable. I would have loved to see more volume in my hair but I am happy to see some rather than none. My hair stayed silky soft and fly away hairs tamed for several days even without using any other styling products. I experimented using both the shampoo and mask, without any styling products for several days in a row and then, not using shampoo, mask, or styling products in my hair for several days. I found the volume lasted a day while the silky soft texture and fly away control lasted for several days when I did not use shampoo,mask or anything. My hair seem to perform better if I continually used the shampoo and mask.

I will buy this product and I definitely will recommend it because I found for me it was a pleasant experience.

I was super excited when I was chosen for this review, not just because I love hair products but because my hair so desperately needed an intervention! After years of dying my hair it has needless to say become a dry, damaged and unmanageable mess.

The package arrived and I was more than ready to test it out as I have tried many "intense repair" and other "damage repair" products and to no avail they would work for the first wash or two and then it was back to my dry, damaged and unmanageable hair. I have also had many salon keratin treatments and they also have done nothing to help my damaged hair.

I read the labels, loved that they had so many translations for different languages on the bottles and was ready to lather up! After using the L'Oreal Professionnel Intense Repair Shampoo I popped a towel on my head while in the shower and dried it slightly. I placed a good amount of the mask onto my towel dried hair and continued with my regular shower routine. Three minutes later I rinsed out the product and could already tell the difference just in the feel of my hair. No other product I have used has left it feeling so new and undamaged.

The try test was when I dried my hair as this is normally when I can feel and see the damage. I followed my normal procedures in drying my hair with my blow dryer and was more than pleasantly surprised when my hair STILL looked and felt amazing. Soft, manageable and I could see the difference in the state of my hair.

I have now been using this product exclusively since receiving it and have to say that I am still 100% satisfied with it's ability to actually repair my hair. Each day my hair is looking healthier and that makes me very happy.

Now all that is left to do if dig around to find out where I get more of this product!

I highly suggest if you have damaged hair and have tried everything to give this a shot, you will be amazed at how much it helps and repairs your hair.

I was lucky to be selected to try this shapoo and the matching hair mask (conditioner).
since the only thing I have used from L'oreal was the foam hair dyes, and it failed on me twice before (not sure if I picked the wrong color shades, both time not working), I wasn't having a big expectation for this product. HOWEVER, I could not believe how smooth my hair became as soon as i washed off the shapoo. I have very dry and hard/tough hair, and usually I either do nothing about it or if i have to smooth it out, i need to have the expensive Redken Smooth Down set (usually over $70). I kept trying these products and want to rule out any bias due to it is a free trail. However, I felt that this set of drug store products impressed me!!! and it has the same effectiveness and cost way less than the previous salon brand. I am very happy to find an alternative to have smooth and silky hair without cost an arm and a leg!
