I didn't notice any difference to my curly hair while using this product. It doesn't seem to worth the price for me because of no results. I actually like my usual shampoo better. The smell is not that great either, not something I actually like, but I can stand it. It lathers well, but I definitely couldn't just use the shampoo without a condition or the masque that came with it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I received this product courtesy of the product review club. I received this right when I was looking to try something new, so it was great timing! I have used it a few times to ensure consistent results before reviewing, so this review is written after several uses.

My hair is fine, but there's a lot of it. I colour it a lot, and although I don't think I have split ends, my hair tends to look dry, and I do have frizz and flyaways (especially in the dry winter season!), so I'm always on the lookout for something moisturizing.

The first thing I noticed was the smell. It smells soooo good!! It smells pineapple-y. A very soft smell, not strong or overpowering at all. The texture is quite creamy, and the first time I used it I had to re-read the label and make sure it says 'shampoo' and not conditioner. It lathers well considering its conditioner like consistency. It made my hair feel soft and smooth as I was rinsing it out (just like a good conditioner)! I actually used it alone a few times, without any conditioners 'cuz I wanted to see what happens. And what happened was soft smooth hair! My hair didn't feel dry or frizzy, it actually felt like I did condition my hair.

I blow dried my hair and it continued to feel soft and conditioned. I would even go so far as to not use conditioner when I use this shampoo, 'cuz it seems to do such a good job conditioning my hair.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this to my friends, and I'm sure I'll be buying this myself once the bottle runs out. My only complaint would be that the bottle is so tiny! I have a lot of hair and feel like I need a lot of shampoo, so I'll have to curb that impulse when I use this and try to use less to make it last longer.

There is a reason L'OREAL is one of the top beauty companies in Canada. They know how to create a product that works. I was chosen to receive a sample of their Intense repair shampoo and conditioner. I liked the subtle fragrance for a start and liked how easily the shampoo washed out of my hair. I have naturally curly, coloured hair. The shampoo left my hair feeling very smooth. I used the L'Oreal Professionel Intense Conditioner and was very pleased with the result once my hair dried. My hair can be very dry and it felt softer. I think this is a product that can be very useful to people, like myself, who have colour treated, dry hair that needs smoothing and moisture. I recommend both these products. My only request is that they change the packaging on the conditioner to a tube. I have issues with dipping my fingers into a tub of product.

I tried it 2 times so far and I like it. I'm not sure if I would pay the price to buy it but I would recommend it. So far I haven't seen a difference in my hair but I like the way it feels. I wish it could smell better but it's not too bad.

I was thrilled to be selected by Chick Advisor to review this product. The shampoo smells delicious and fresh. It has a good texture to it, not too watery. The color is creamy, giving a sense of richness. It lathers well and left my hair clean, smelling great and soft.

This shampoo is great. It is really moisturizing, but rinses clean, without leaving an icky residue. It doesn't have a fancy smell, but I don't care about that. I want the shampoo to wash my hair, not stink up the bathroom! It doesn't smell bad, it's just not heavily perfumed like other premium shampoos I've used in the past.

I received the shampoo for free as part of the Product Review Club, but I think I would pay $30 to buy it in a salon. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

I didn't love the smell - smelled grassy. I prefer a fresh or floral scent. It did lather really well and rinsed out easily. I used it in conjuction with the conditioner and found my hair once it air dried to be more manageable than normal and nice and soft, feeling less dry than usual!

I received L'Oreal Professionnel Intense Repair Shampoo & Intense Repair Masque to review as part of a campaign through ChickAdvisor. I was so excited when I received this product in the mail. I have very thick hair that tends to get staticy and frizzy in the winter from the dry air and from the over styling when I had longer hair, I'm sure that didn't help. Since I chopped off all my hair, I don't use alot of styling tools anymore ( ie: Blow dryer, Flat iron) which as a result, has helped control the dryness a little bit. But I have started coloring my hair again recently and have noticed the dryness coming back.

My Thoughts:

Like all hair products, when I received this, I had to smell it right away, smells awesome! Clean and refreshing. It almost has some sort of melon scent to it, I could be way off. I just can't quite put my finger on the actual scent. It provided lots of foamy lather, which I love and rinsed out quickly with no build up left in my hair. It left it feeling really clean

It lathers up easily, which again is an added plus because I have thick hair and usually need a ton of shampoo to actually clean everything. Rinsed out nice & clean and left my hair feeling super clean. I like the style of the bottle, makes it easy to squish the liquid out as well as hold/grab while in the shower.

I generally use L'Oreal shampoos and conditioners, and a L'Oreal masque too...but the ones you can get at Shoppers Drug Mart, and I already think they're pretty good. I thought this "expert" shampoo and masque were as good as those, but not so much better as to be worth such a higher price.
After using them for a week, here are my thoughts: I thought the shampoo lathered well, smelled nice (although not wonderful), and rinsed clean. The masque distributed easily throughout my hair. My hair feels soft and smooth when it's dry. My long hair is not weighed down. My hair is also coloured so I worry about tangles and brittle ends, but this left my hair feeling healthy.
The instructions for the masque say to apply it to towel dried hair, which I think is unrealistic. I am not going to get out of the shower, towel dry my hair, and then get back in. So I just squeezed out as much water as possible before applying it.
So, it's really more of a "Sure" than a "You Betcha!" but I thought it was a good enough product, if the price was right.
