I was really excited to get this product to test and at first I was very pleased. I really liked the smell! But when I put it in my hair, it seemed to make it straw like. I tried washing a couple of times with it but it just seemed to make it worse. I personally would choose a different hydrating shampoo over this one as it didn't seem to hydrate my hair at all. Other than the beautiful smell of the shampoo, I wouldn't recommend it. Sorry.

My hair is dry with with moderate split ends and after the first time I used it I noticed a difference. My hair felt more clean and vibrant.

My hair is fine and I bleach it every month so it's a light platinum blonde. I was really looking forward to trying out the L'Oreal Professionnel Intense Repair Shampoo and it didn't disappoint. I noticed results right away, my hair was softer, shinier and felt nice and healthy. My only negative is that there are sulfates in the product which I am trying to stay away from. Definitely use with the L'Oreal Professionnel Intense Repair Masque.

I LOVE this shampoo! I have very dry, coarse, and thick hair. Split ends and flyaways are a huge issue, my hair never looks smooth or silky, let alone feels it! This shampoo fixed that. It lathered up nicely, and when I rinsed my hair didn't feel stripped or dry like it does with some shampoos. I love the salon-y smell too. The only negative I can think of is the size of the bottle. I have SO MUCH HAIR and it takes no time for me to use up the bottle.

One word AMAZING!!!!!! I have long but fine hair so I get a lot of split ends and dryness, but this this shampoo was effective after just one use!!! My hair felt so healthy, was shinier and full of body...and no winter static!!! It smells great as well. Wow, I love this product!

my hair is really long and usually straighten it everyday so it gets damaged real easy. i liked that this shampoo made my hair noticeably softer and shinier. it also made my hair less frizzy, which is amazing because most shampoos ive used in the past were not capable of doing this. overall, this product is really good and i would recommend it to other people

it took a long time for my hair to lather.with having alot of hair i need a bigger shampoo bottle.only good thing is that it did not tangle my hair

I've been on the look out for a new shampoo that makes my hair healthier in the winter months - too much styling and blowdrying has left it dry. This shampoo made an immediate difference. It if light enough that it leaves hair feeling clean, but also seemed to smooth my hair. I will be buying this in the future!

I got this as part of the review team, and was very excited to receive it: I ran straight to the shower.
I was wary of the small shampoo bottle (I tend to use more shampoo than the bottles recommend -- a quarter-sized amount) and how long it would last, but it lathered incredibly well. It makes a rich, fine foam, similar to how it does at a salon. It feels very luxurious.
The scent is extremely faint, I'm not sure what I'd liken it to, but I didn't find it left any scent after it washed out. For me that's a bit of a Con, but it might be preferable for some.

I followed up with the conditioning masque, which I HIGHLY recommend. It's a lovely creme-mousse texture, that you let seep into towel-dried hair. Again, it's soft-scented, and incredibly rich.
I think it seems a bit overkill to use every shower, and some people may find it too heavy to use every wash (it's also time-consuming to pre-dry your hair), but as a weekly masque, it's super.

I had the opportunity to try the L’Oreal Professional Paris Intense Repair Cuti Liss System Shampoo. The thing that I loved the most about this product is that the fragrance was light. It also had a very thin texture, which made me wonder how well it would work on my super thick curly/wavy hair. I was surprised at how well it lathered cleaned my hair with just a small amount of the product. It made my hair nice and moist. After I washed my hair with the L’Oreal shampoo, it really locked in my hair’s natural moisture and did not leave it feeling dry and coarse. I liked that I didn’t have to immediately turn to other styling products just to be able to comb through my hair after washing. I even got a bit in my eye (accidental of course), but it didn’t sting at all unlike other shampoos that I’ve used in the past. I loved the shape of the bottle, very chic. The front label was clear and easy to read unlike the back label, which was way too tiny. I practically got a migraine trying to read the instructions and ingredients.
