love that it contains Hyaluronic Acid

The True Match Foundation is infused with Hyaluronic Acid, which I love as I have dry skin and HA is a must in my skincare routine and if my foundation contains it, even better. This foundation provides a light to medium coverage and leaves a lightweight, comfortable finish on the skin for dry skin. Because of the HA, this foundation provides up to 24 hours hydration. The shade I received is a shade or 2 darker than my winter skintone, but does blend out nicely.

Such a good match! I absolutely love the wear and it’s so hydrating. It felt perfect on my combo skin because it went on so easily and blended beautifully. Love it and super affordable too, definitely going to be reaching for this.

Tru(e) match!

I'll start off by saying I'm terrible at picking the right foundation colour online, and I selected a shade that was too light for my skin. That being said, I can't believe how well the foundation blended with my skin tone despite being the wrong one! Yes overall my skin looked too pale, but it blended in very well.

The pump is handy, although I can see a lot of product being left at the bottom of the bottle. It's also very thin (watery? oily?) so a lot comes out.

Overall I think this is a good foundation for someone looking for light to medium coverage. It did a better job evening out my skin tone but my dark circles were still very visible. I think the coverage is good enough for zoom meetings, but not for in-person!

L'Oréal Paris True Match Foundation

I had the opportunity to try L'Oréal Paris True Match Super-Blendable Foundation thanks to Chickadvisor and L'Oreal Paris. The foundation comes in a clear bottle with a pump which is easy to use and allows you to apply an appropriate amount of foundation to a makeup brush or sponge. The product goes on very smoothly and absorbs well. I would recommend this for someone who is looking for more natural look and light coverage. However the coverage is buildable if you use more product. The foundation does not look cakey at all as the product provides 24 hour moisturization and contains hyaluronic acid which keeps skin hydrated.

Good amount of coverage!

Love how the coverage of this foundation is not too light or too much! The colour doesn’t match me as well as I thought it would but I’m hoping I can find a better match. Haven’t gotten any clogged pores or acne yet so I have to wait to see about that. Didn’t last all day as much as I hoped it would but it still did the trick well enough!! I will definitely keep using this product!!

Pleasantly surprised

I find I have trouble sometimes finding a foundation that matches my skin tone, so I was interested to try L'Oreal Paris true match super-blendable foundation. Just looking at the bottle, it looks like this shade might be a good match. When I used the pump, I found way more came out at first than I had bargained for. The foundation was also considerably more runny than what I am used to. When I applied it to my face, I was surprised at how it felt. Very smooth and velvety. It spread easily and blends into my skin nicely. The final look is a little different than what I am used to. I definitely like how my skin looks in photos though. I will most likely purchase this again in the future, but I might try a slightly different shade.

Not light enough

This product blended well, but even their lightest shade was not enough for me. I had to use some light concealer to save it. At least the it’s actually neutral! It lays very nice on the skin and does not become patchy when I used creams and powders over top. It doesn’t have a smell which is always a positive for me. The coverage is definitely medium so concealer is definitely needed with this. Still sad l’oréal is not cruelty free:/

Thin weightless formula with amazing coverage

This true match is a thin foundation with amazing coverage, the thin formula blends so well that the product flawlessly fits your skin tone while covering my naturally rosy cheeks and pimples better then some of my thick full coverage foundations.

Easy to blend, with buildable coverage

Very liquidy, a little goes a long way. Provides an even coverage without looking cakey. I would recommend this for a natural look. Can be used with a brush or sponge!
