This product is life. I've been using this foundation since I was 14 and I'm 20 now. The colour selection is probably the best range I've seen with drug store foundations. There is a colour for almost every skin tone and undertone and that's amazing. It's light weight, easily blendable and great coverage.
The color match was excellent, probably the best I have found so far with a foundation. Unfortunately it broke me out really bad. Which sucks because I really liked the way it looks. I have dry/combo skin and it is sensitive, so maybe that had something to do with it.
I really thought this would be more then it was. Left my skin looking like I needed more makeup and colour match was off
Best foundation I have used! Great coverage, blends well. Easy to use Cool-Warm-Neutral shade selection in stores. Hard to pick the wrong shade with this shade selector. Long lasting.
I love L'Oreal's hair dye. And honestly out of all the drugstore makeup products, I'd say they are the best.
But in terms of this, it's a miss.
I had the one that was in the squeeze tube.
I had gotten the correction one and the foundation. Either can be worn as a stand alone foundation.
Well, I have super pale skin and finding a foundation is very hard.
So when someone recommended it to me, I tried it.
You know, when it comes to foundations I have yet to find one that doesn't smell or come off easy.
And this did both but not as bad as some I've tried in the past.
I think I'm just gonna have to live with that any foundation is gonna smell.
So all that I could live with it had gotten A's in.
Until it started to itch.
I was sad cause it matched my skin tone. YAY!!
I mean I really wanted this to be the 1 to stick with.
But, I couldn't stand the itchy feeling any longer.
It made my ears red hot, I was breaking out in hives.
I was obviously allergic to it.
I have had the hardest time finding a foundation that has matched to this.
Until Sephora gave me a sample of something in my birthday gift bag. I love that store. hehe
It's not on this site either. So I'll post it when I can.
So for me, no I will never buy this again but you know, I loved the lightness of it, how it really does match your skin tone, it wasn't caky or oily looking. And a little really did go a long way.
I also got a TruMatch blush with the 2 tubes, that doesn't itch or anything. It's a nice shade too. I don't think I'll get it again though. I'm gonna finish up the tube, but I really love Too Faced's blush better.
I will recommend this because I think it was me than the product.
But it will have to be a no for me.
I really like this foundation , it applies nice and smoothly and doesn't require a lot of product. I find you need to rub it in your skin really well otherwise it tends to look weird ( need good blending) . Other than that I like it but I find it way overpriced at shoppers ($20) so I try to buy at walmart for half that price but it's hard to get my hands on my shade.
My go to foundation when I want that dewy finish. Great foundation for those cold dry winter days and nights. The formula is slightly on the thinner side, but does give a medium to full coverage. There is no offensive scent to this foundation.
Put a pump on the top and I would be ecstatic!
I have to say I absolutely love this foundation. It's affordable and I'm the type of person who hunts for a good bargain leading me to try this. It matches my skin perfectly witch most don't and I don't care to mix different types. However I do wish it lasted longer than it does but atleast it leaves my face feeling like it can breathe.
I admit it: I'm a fan of high end foundations. While I rarely pay more than 15$ for a mascara, I tend to splurge for a foundation, as much a 60$ a bottle. I was in love with Chanel foundations. Then the True Match came into my life and I'm never looking back. You can easily find this for 10$ at the drugstore or Walmart. It is really creamy, but still blendable and the coverage is buildable, from medium to full. I use it with the Real Techniques sponge and it's my go-to foundation now.
