Good if you don't like the "real jerky"
I do like the taste of chicken/turkey jerkies (and they are healthier alternative to real jerkies). I've tried different brands, but I decided to give this Lorissa's Kitchen ginger teriyaki chicken jerky a try. These were advertised as healthier than other traditional jerkies and I try to eat healthy when I can, so I thought why not.
First, if you are into "real" jerkies, don't buy this product. They do NOT taste like those traditional jerkies. They are less salty (which I don't mind and I prefer that way) but also kind of tasteless. No, it's not a BAD taste because I did finish the pack in one sitting but I normally don't do that with other traditional jerkies (too salty, etc). So I did end up consuming about the same calories as I would when eating "less healthy" jerkies.
These are literally seasoned, dried chicken breasts (softer texture than traditional jerkies). Maybe one can use these as salad topper or something. Since the price was a little bit higher than other brands jerkies, I may eat them occasionally but wouldn't purchase these regularly.

I love jerky, but I can't eat beef, so I find other jerkies to eat, and this one is a bit newer on the market. They have a variety of flavors, that are not beef! :) Which makes me one happy girl. They taste good. It's gluten free. The chickens are raised without antibiotics. Bite size pieces.
