Never again

I bought my Speedy bag at the flagship Paris store. After enduring the rudeness of the sales help, we were finally able to find a clerk who would take our money. My bag lasted 2 1/2 years before the zipper broke - on both sides. I took it to the King of Prussia Louis Vuitton store, fully expecting to pay for the repair and they told me, they couldn't repair it because it would compromise the integrity of the bag. Are you kidding me? I will never buy a Louis Bag again. Their attitude and lack of customer service is appalling. It is apparent the sales staff all take a lesson how to not appease the customer. I paid 920 Euros for a bag that lasted 2 1/2 years. Never again!!!
