Nice but weighs down my fine hair

A nice smell and texture, cute packaging! It was okay, a nice shampoo but I found that when I shampooed my hair twice, like lather rinse, repeat it made my hair greasy after a day and weighed it down so my hair was not very fresh.

This shampoo leaves my hair feeling clean & doesn’t make it greasy which I love! However as someone with light dandruff it definitely hasn’t helped with that. I do however love the scent!

Smell will take you away to paradise

First of all, I absolutely love the scent of this whole line. It is a very natural ( think essential oil) type of scent. This shampoo did take a bit of an effort to dispense as I had to shake it a couple times for the product to reach the spout. Although, this product is more natural (a plus!) it still lathers very well. I find it cleansed my hair well, my hair was not oily or dry feeling at all after using this shampoo. I look forward to conitnuing using this shampoo in hope for more long term results repairing my damaged (bleached ) hair.

Smells Divine

I have been using the Love, Beauty and Planet Coconut Oil & Ylang Ylang Shampoo for the past two weeks, and have been loving my soft, wavy, delicious smelling hair!

The texture of this shampoo is a little different than others I have used, but considering all of the bsd things that are not in the product, I consider it a fair trade! This shampoo is free of silicones, dyes, and parabens, but still performs so well!

My hair is long (down to the small of my back), and it can get quite dry at the ends, while frizzy at the top. After using this shampoo, it smells lightly of coconuts, is frizz free, and so light and flowy! I find it to be moisturized without being weighed down.

A little goes a long way, and I'm able to make it three days between washes without issue. I would certainly buy more products from this line!

Not actually cruelty free

This product smells great and works well. I really love the coconut oil and ylang ylang scent. I have bleached blonde hair, and I did notice that my hair has been softer/smoother since using it. The price point is good, and I can find it at any Walmart. I love that the product has mostly natural ingredients, and is "cruelty free/vegan".

However, even though the product itself claims to be vegan/cruelty free, the parent company is Unilever. If you aren't aware, Unilever is NOT a cruelty free/vegan company. I will not be buying this product again UNLESS Unilever changes their ways.

Cleans up

The brand is quite unique and definitely something that has peaked my interest. I received the whole line including a conditioner, body wash and hair oil. This shampoo does not have silicone or preservatives but does have sulfate in it. The shampoo lathers nicely and has a nice floral scent to it. In terms is results my hair feels very clean and healthy, but I didn't see any damage repairing results as of yet. My hairs looks great after the wash and I think it adds some volume strange! I'm not a big fan of the bottle, its harder to squeeze out the product (or maybe I have weak hands).

It is a good product

I dont think i would purchase this product because it has sulfates in it and try to avoid them. I still tried the shampoo and thought it has a nice texture and a gorgeous smell. It did leave my hair feeling clean but not overly dry. I got it free from chickadvisor to try but these are my honest opinions

Great Shampoo

I like this shampoo. It is a gel like shampoo that lathers up really easily. I love the scent. It works great for my long straight long Asian hair. Washes off easily.

Je suis contente d'avoir eu la chance d'avoir pu essayer ces produits, je voulais justement les essayer. Mes cheveux sont souvent gars avec les shampoings de pharmacie, mais j'ai pu constater une amélioration de mon cheveux depuis que j'utilise ces produits. Il sent très bon et c'est de très bonne qualité. Je vous le conseille fortement. En plus, il est bon pour la planète.

A great eco-friendly hair cleanser

I've been meaning to try an eco-friendly shampoo that would effectively clean my hair without damaging or weighing it down. The Hope & Repair shampoo is a good shampoo that smells amazing and leaves your hair so soft and shiny. It doesn't foam up a lot so it rinses out quickly, meaning less water is used. I'm someone who tries to wash my hair every other day, and some shampoos weigh my hair down so I feel the need to wash it daily, but not this one.
