Average shampoo with strong perfume-y smell

I could not wait to try the Love Beauty and Planet product line as soon as I saw them all over in stores. The price was more than I was prepared to pay for shampoo, conditioner or body wash, so I printed a $1 off coupon and waited for a good sale.

I ended up scoring a few of the products from ChickAdvisor when they had their grab bag sale and was super excited to try them out!

This shampoo works fine, like any drug store shampoo, but I was mostly disappointed with the scent. I try to use natural products and was hoping that it would smell like essential oils, but it has a strong perfume smell instead.

I have been using this shampoo for a few weeks, and will continue to use it until I empty the bottle, but then I will return to my regular shampoo.

I liked it

This product had a lovely scent to it - not to strong. I am not a fan of the pump, its sometimes hard to move up & down. The oil itself was made my hair feel nice & soft, not oily at oil. Best to use a little at a time to avoid over product. Made my hair less frizzy & less split ends.
I would purchase this product in the future. Very nice!

It cleans well

This shampoo works great and a little goes a long way. I actually appreciate the bottles because I find I waste less product with them since it sucks back up product if you push out too much. Where as other bottles I tend to just wash extra shampoo down the drain rather then have the bottle be like NOPE we're green and don't like waste and slurps it up before I use too much.
As for the performance of the shampoo it does its job cleaning my hair and doesn't leave it feeling dried out once I rinse it all away. With that I found I don't over do the conditioner either. Which makes me avoid the problem of always running out of conditioner before I run out of shampoo. Which I have experienced with other brands.

Sleek and healthy!

This shampoo leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean with a nice smell of coconut. It helped over time with my frizziness and reviving my dead fried hair!

Hair feels great

I don't wash my hair very often so I didn't have a lot of time to really test the product out, but so far so good. My hair feels lovely and I can't wait to see how it looks in a few months!

Would buy this product again!

I was lucky to be given a chance to try this product free from chickadvisor!. I’ll start with the smell love coconut! Was curious to find out what it would be like with the yalang yalang and found out it’s a smell I really liked reminded me of a tropical vacation. Really liked the the packaging eye catching, simple to use and love fact that they use a 100% recycled bottles. I have really long hair it’s been dyed quite a few times and winter did quite the number on it. What I liked about this product is that it gave my hair a nice boost of moister and made it look a little less dull without all the chemicals you find in other product. Will be buying this product again in the future

Lovely subtle scent and gentle cleansing

I was given the chance to try out these products by ChickAdvisor.
First think I noticed was the simple but beautiful packaging, the bottles are unfussy, with lovely labels. I usually hate coconut as it tends to smell fake and strong; this was soft and realistic.

I liked the shampoo, and found it effective. I wasn't able to use it long enough to notice any 'repair' effects, but it does leave it very clean and gets out any residue.

Smells Amazing

This product smells amazing! it made my hair less frizzy fly away. The bottoms of my hair are super damaged from dying and this shampoo helps smooth out the bottom for a better finish when styling. The only downside would be if you are sensitive to smell because it does have a powerful floral scent
