Very gritty

Switching to a Keto diet, or really if you just want to eat healthier, can be a completely new experience when you aren't used to it. Love Good Fats is a decent bar, not too chalky, however, some flavors are better than others. For me, taste is everything and these are better as a once in a while rather than daily. Not only because these things aren't cheap, but the texture will get to you after awhile.

The only keto bar I buy

I have tried several keto bars but they are always greasy feeling or filled with erythritol which I hate. This bar however resembles a chocolate bar more, it taste great without all the sugar. All the flavours are great but chocolate chip cookie dough is my favourite.

Stick to your diet!

Love Good Fats bars are a tasty healthy treat that has allowed my husband and myself to succeed on the keto diet. We have both lost significant weight and our health has improved drastically. That you Good Fats. The chocolate chip cookie dough is my favorite flavor - its tastes very delicious and decadent.

Love these things. Great snack really helps me get through the day. Also curbs my chocolate fix. Amazing texture doesn't leave a chalky taste like other bars

Tastes great!

Love these bars especially this one. They taste great and give you a full feeling without actually eating much. The price is a little steep compared to normal bars but definitely worth it

Good fats are tasty

On the Keto diet sometimes it’s hard to get all your fats in. But with good fats bars it’s right in your pocket. The flavours are good. Chocolate chip cookie dough is one of my favourites. It’s like having a cookie, really yummy if you keep them in the fridge

Keto friendly!

Love Good Fats is all about being a keto friendly snack. It’s low in sugar, high in fat and protein! This bar in particular has 14 g of fats, 7 g of protein and 2 g of sugar per serving. I really enjoyed the texture, it’s got a smooth consistency with a nice cookie dough flavour. I found the cookie dough portion on the darker side. I like a lighter cookie dough base usually, but this was still quite tasty. They work out to be $3 Canadian per bar, which is a bit more then one might usually spend, but this is definitely a good quality bar. I would recommend it for sure.
