I adore this book! I still have mine, and I bought one for my neice and read it to her all the time. Its by far my favourite book !

I adore this beautiful written children's book, even though I love it for myself too. I was never read this as a child, but have purchased it for my grandsons growing collection of books at our house. I've read it to him several times now and each time, it leaves a warm feeling in my tummy. Love it!!

This book is a classic, in my opinion. I love how it goes through a life cycle of family and love. This is a story that my mom would read to us before bed most nights when my brothers and I were infants. I feel certain as well that I will read it (and sing it) to my children when the time comes as well. Unlike other Robert Munsch books, it is not as funny, but it still uses repetition and tells a great story. I certainly recommend!

Beautiful illustrations my son loves this book before bed time

My daughter has a copy that belonged to me, plus her own copy. They are both well loved, even though I have them memorized and she can do the song by heart. Whenever you are stuck for a babyshower gift, this is a great go-to!
