I wanted to get this for my boyfriend, he goes hiking/camping/hunting quite often and has never had one of these. This is priced very well and defiantly would come in handy.

I wasn't aware what these were for to be honest until my boyfriend explained to me that it could be used to start a fire, there's a whistle and the rope it's made of can be unraveled and used if necessary.

I purchased this at a discount from Amazon.ca and this fit perfect and my boyfriend is happy to have this for when he goes into the woods, which is quite often.
